Mentor Oudom


Mr. Oudom is a Ph.D. candidate in International Studies at the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. He also serves as an MBA Program Assistant at the Graduate School of Management of GLOBIS University, located in central Tokyo.

Mr. Oudom earned his master’s degree in International Relations from Waseda University as a recipient of the prestigious MEXT Scholarship, funded by the Japanese Government’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology. Prior to his time in Japan, he worked as a Program Manager for Digital Economy at the Cambodia country office of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, where he contributed to impactful initiatives in policy and development.

Mr. Oudom holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Paragon International University (PIU) and a Research Degree in International Development Studies from Takushoku University. His academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to fostering international collaboration and driving development in emerging economies.
