About Mentor

Mr. Menghieng Ngov holds a master’s degree in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) and the University of Arizona (UA). With over 10 years of experience in media communication and entrepreneurship, he has developed expertise in media production, marketing, and youth development.

As the Co-Founder of Bamnang, a social enterprise dedicated to providing digital education and housing solutions for students across Asia, and a Special Project Consultant at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Menghieng is committed to empowering youth in leadership, creative production, and accessing global opportunities.

His mentoring focuses on academic transitions, leadership development, and storytelling skills for personal branding, helping mentees navigate their academic and career paths with clarity and confidence.
