About Mentor

Ms. Mony holds two prestigious master’s degrees—an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Analysis from Harvard University and an M.S. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University (NIU)—as well as a bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). As the Co-founder and CEO of Bamnang Group, she is a visionary leader with expertise in business, technology, and leadership development.

Ms. Mony has represented Cambodia on international stages through numerous exchange programs and conferences, including the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Academic Fellowship, Seeds for the Future, ASEAN Foundation Influencer Program, and more. These experiences have shaped her global perspective and innovative approach to mentoring. She has also been invited to deliver speeches on various occasions, sharing her insights and inspiring others.

Passionate about debate, communication, networking, partnership, and negotiation, Ms. Mony leverages her skills to mentor students in city life adaptation, academic success, and career development. Her goal-oriented approach empowers mentees to achieve their goals with actionable strategies and tools. She is deeply committed to giving back to society and inspiring mentees to become future mentors, fostering a ripple effect of growth and empowerment.
