About Mentor

Mr. Rithiya is an accomplished economist and PhD candidate in Political Science, with a strong commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth. He holds a BA in Global Affairs and Law from the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University (NIU), where he is currently pursuing his PhD.

Professionally, Mr. Rithiya has served as an economist at the National Bank of Cambodia, a Policy Lead at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, and an adjunct professor at AUPP. His diverse expertise spans education, research, finance, international relations, and leadership.

Passionate about mentoring, Mr. Rithiya specializes in academic success strategies, career planning, and building confidence in young professionals. He believes in the importance of lifelong learning and enjoys sharing his knowledge while also learning from his mentees and peers.
