Eligibility Criteria
Open to candidates nationwide (Cambodian)
Must be a candidate who has passed the upper-secondary diploma (BacII) exam, or an equivalent qualification
Must have genuine commitment and resources to continue their studies and to study diligently
Must not be a student who has previously received, or is currently receiving, a scholarship from the Scholarship Committee
Must not be a student currently enrolled at either of the two institutes above
Must comply with all guidelines and internal regulations set out by the Scholarship Committee for Poor Students of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittipritbandit, and by the two institutes above
Application Requirements
A 4x6 cm photo with a white or blue background (as a .JPG file)
Khmer national ID card, or a copy of the birth certificate (as a .PDF file)
Family book or residence book (as a .PDF file)
A provisional certificate confirming a pass in the upper-secondary diploma exam, officially certified, or the official ranked list of candidates who passed the upper-secondary diploma exam (as a .PDF file)
A confirmation letter or result showing a pass in the Stage 1 exam, issued by the institute (as a .PDF file)
Application Process
Stage 1
Candidates must apply to sit the entrance exam directly at the institute of their choice, following that institute's own procedures.
Stage 2
Submit online application through ATM portal, must submit all required documents.
Stage 3
Exam date (held once, following each institute's own schedule): 24 October 2026, organized separately by each institute.
Finalist
Successful candidates who have passed all required stages will by notify of the results.
