• AI-powered chatbot services
• Major Compass Test and recommendation features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and provide accurate information when using the App.

If you are under the age required by applicable law, parental or guardian consent may be required.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

5. AI Chatbot Disclaimer

The App may include AI-powered chatbot features designed to provide educational assistance, recommendations, or informational support.

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable
• AI content should not be considered professional legal, medical, psychological, financial, or academic advice
• Users should independently verify important information before relying on it
• BAMNANG is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate access to AI features in cases of misuse or abuse.

6. Major Compass Test Disclaimer

The Major Compass Test and related assessments are intended for informational, educational, and self-discovery purposes only.

Results:

• Are not guaranteed to be accurate
• Do not constitute professional counseling or career advice
• Should not be the sole basis for academic or life decisions

By participating, you consent to the processing of your responses to generate personalized insights and recommendations.

7. Payments and Purchases

Some services or products may require payment. You agree that:

• Payment information provided is accurate

• Your activities create risk for the App, users, or BAMNANG

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
