If you would like to permanently delete your Bamnang account and associated data, you can submit an official request to our compliance team.
Please include in your email:
- The email address or phone number linked to your Bamnang account
- Your full name as registered on the app
- Clear confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account & data
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
