Must hold a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited U.S. college/university or a recognized foreign institution before the award start date
Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent) in the last four semesters or six quarters of undergraduate study, and in all post-baccalaureate work
