Cohort-based, founded inside Harvard, and free built for first-generation and limited-income university students and recent grads everywhere. The Aspire Leaders Program is here to change that. Gain the tools, guidance, and global network to move forward with clarity alongside a community of peers from around the world who are building their futures, just like you.

The program is fully online and self-paced, 3 to 5 hours per week, designed to fit around your studies and your life. But it’s not something you do alone. You’ll move through nine weeks as part of a global cohort, with live masterclasses, peer learning, and a community that extends well beyond graduation.
