The Conference of Youth (COY) is the world’s largest and most significant children and youth gathering on climate change, organized by YOUNGO, the Official Children and Youth Constituency of the UNFCCC. It is officially recognized and endorsed by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) as the preparatory space for youth ahead of the annual UN Climate Conference (COP).

COY21, the 21st edition of the Conference of Children and Youth, will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 5-7 November 2026, just before COP31. It will bring together children and young people from across the globe to build capacity, strengthen climate advocacy, provide hands-on training, negotiation-aligned sessions, and be part of the global GYS co-creation, and to be "COP" ready: the collective input of youth to the UNFCCC process.

✅ Eligibility

• Aged under 35 years at the time of COY21.
• Demonstrated interest or engagement in climate action, youth leadership, or policy advocacy in Local / Regional and/or international-level engagements.
• Commitment to actively participate in Pre & Post -COY21 delegation preparations, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Ability to self-fund your travel to the venue.
