About Activity

The rapid advancement of digital technologies is reshaping the way people learn, work, and innovate. In Cambodia, young people increasingly need access to relevant digital skills, exposure to industry insights, and guidance on emerging career pathways in the digital economy. However, gaps remain between academic learning and real-world digital opportunities.

Supported by the** Ministry of Post and Telecommunications** and the Digital Community of Cambodia (DCC), this project reflects Bamnang’s commitment to driving youth empowerment and innovation in Cambodia’s growing digital landscape. The collaboration ensures alignment with Cambodia’s national digital transformation goals and amplifies the impact of the initiative by leveraging key resources and expertise.

In response, DCC proposes the** Digital Connect Webinar Series,** a structured online learning initiative designed to empower Cambodian youth with practical digital knowledge, industry awareness, and inspiration from professionals across the digital ecosystem.

**The digital connect webinar series aims to: **

  • Equip youth and students with foundational and emerging digital skills
  • Increase awareness of digital career pathways and industry trends
  • Connect participations with practitioners and experts in the digital sector
  • Support the development of Cambodia's next generation of digital talents in alignment with national digital transformation goals.

After completing the webinar sessions, participants are expected to achieve:

  • Certificate of Participation
  • Improve digital awareness and foundational skills
  • Personal learning takeaways
  • Clear understanding of at least one digital career pathway
  • Identification of next steps for upskilling (courses, communities, internships, or projects)
  • Active participations outputs
  • Q&A contributions
