The Future Leaders Assembly (FLA) is Ecovay’s flagship global youth leadership program, bringing together 150 exceptional young people aged 15–50 from across the world. FLA 2026 arrives in Tirana — a city rapidly emerging as one of Europe’s most vibrant and forward-looking capitals.
