Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who passed the upper-secondary diploma (Baccalaureate II) exam for academic year 2025-2026 in the Science track, obtaining a grade of A to E in Mathematics and A to E in Physics (for applications to the exam-required majors: Architecture, Fine Painting, and Communication Design).
Candidates who passed the upper-secondary diploma exam for academic year 2025-2026, or an equivalent qualification (for applications to the exam-required majors: Painting, Classical Music Performance).
Candidates who passed the upper-secondary diploma exam for academic year 2025-2026, or an equivalent qualification (for applications to the non-exam-required majors).
Must have genuine commitment and resources to continue a Bachelor's degree and to study diligently.
Must comply with, and agree to accept, the guidelines and conditions set out by the Scholarship Committee for Poor Students of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittipritbandit, and by the Royal University of Fine Arts.

Khmer national ID card, or a copy of the birth certificate (as a .PDF file)
Family book or residence book (as a .PDF file)
A provisional certificate confirming a pass in the upper-secondary diploma exam, officially certified, or the official ranked list of candidates who passed the upper-secondary diploma exam (as a .PDF file)
Application Process
Stage 1
Candidates applying for either the exam-required or the non-exam-required majors must submit an application to sit the entrance exam, or a general application, to the Scholarship Committee online
Stage 2
● Candidates applying for an exam-required major must apply to sit the exam directly at the university, following the university's own procedures, and must attach the admission slip received in Stage 1. ● Candidates applying for a non-exam-required major must wait for the scholarship award result from the Scholarship Committee before enrolling directly at the university, following the university's own procedures, and must attach the admission slip received in Stage 1.
